Paddocks
The paddocks are clothed in the latest delicious mix of especially formulated horse grass. this includes low enderphyt rye grass (so no staggers), red and white clover, plantain and cocks foot. The pasture is regularly harrowed and fertilized. The soil is sandy, which makes the going comfortable for the horses.
Gallagher equine electric fence surrounds this tempting treat, all paddocks have shade, wooden posts and gates, a gorgeous view, plenty of fresh air off the Tasman Sea, and access to large troughs of fresh water.
The Glamping paddock: Backing on to the Woodhill forest overlooking the most extensive rural views, next to a cultural site of ancient Puriuri trees this is the ultimate private camping escape. A lovely flat area for pitching a tent, water, and a shady paddock with water trough for your horses. A peaceful retreat. Boundary full wire fenced and Deer fencing.
The House site paddock – suitable for private or group truck parking, flat with floodlit flat aprking area, and panoramic views.
Garden paddock – suitable only for ponies as the electric fencing is low.
The Dream On paddock – this is only for communial living, and only available after the cross country course is closed for the night. It has four shelters in it.
The Hot Beach Bitch paddock – perfect for the nosey horse who likes to see everything that is going on.
Dogs Must be accompanied by a family paddock. Communial living for the party horse, but still able to keep a close eye on all those happy campers next door in the Nerve centre paddock.
The Nerve Centre paddock – only available if no one is camping overnight.
The City Life paddock – this has four field shelters in it
The Day Spar paddock – this has three field shelters in it
The Peace Brothers paddock, this has two field shelters in it.
